OneSkool
For school leadership

Judge your school honestly, with the evidence attached.

A structured framework across seven domains, scored against evidence and classroom observation — not against how the last inspection felt.

The problem

School self-assessment is usually a document written the week before an inspection. It records opinion, cites nothing, and changes nothing — so nobody trusts the score, including the people who wrote it.

What it actually does

Seven domains, fifty-two indicators

A published framework the school scores itself against, so two consecutive years are actually comparable and a domain cannot be quietly redefined to look better.

Every score carries its evidence

Documents, classroom observations and system data attach to the indicator they support. A score with nothing behind it is visibly a score with nothing behind it.

Independent review, not just self-assessment

Leadership scores first; an assigned auditor can review the same indicators independently. Where the two disagree, the variance is reported rather than averaged away.

Findings become a plan, not a PDF

A confirmed finding turns into a prioritised improvement programme with owners and dates — and the next review sees whether it moved.

OneSkool Excellence Program

Software does not change a school on its own. The guided programme is the software plus the people to put it in place — a structured 60-day rollout that strengthens planning, teacher support, classroom practice and leadership visibility.

The rest of OneSkool

Each one is bought by a different person for a different reason, and each builds on the one before it — a school cannot be audited on teaching quality until it can say what it teaches.
